Thank you for your order through the Blowout Balloons website. Please read through our Terms & Conditions. Your use of the website or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Blowout Balloons reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the website. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the website when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our website.

Pricing

Retail prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). Prices displayed on Blowout Balloons website are subject to change without further notice.

Placing an Order & Payment

When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). We accept orders through the PayPal and Credit Cards. Payment will be made immediately on completion of your online order. The PayPal payment system has an encrypting facility for your security and allows you to order with a credit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account. By placing an order on this website (www.blowoutballoons.com) you are making an offer to purchase product at the price stated on the site. Your offer to purchase is accepted when your credit card is charged or processed through your credit card account and an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email account confirming this.

 

Availability of Goods

Occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) or offered a substitute or alternative product, and any remaining items will be shipped to you. We will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil or are unable to fulfil an order. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made).

Special Offers

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, discounts or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only, and no rain checks are available.

 

Delivery

Blowout Balloons offers postage within Australia. On receipt of your order and payment we will do our utmost to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days, however this time frame is not guaranteed.

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post. We use Australia Registered Post for all online domestic orders. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode and we ship from 3000. To check your estimated time from shipping to delivery for your destination please click here. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Please allow extra time for deliveries at peak times eg sales, Christmas and Easter. Blowout Balloons does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required Blowout Balloons does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. No reimbursement will be made by Blowout Balloons in such cases.

We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.

 

Shipping

We aim to ship items within 3-5 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (3000). If this cannot be met, you will be contacted. Custom orders (eg; cake toppers, fancy letter; inflated letters/numbers) may take longer to ship. Please see item descriptions and order accordingly.

Please note that we post Monday through to Friday each week.

You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that quoted shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Please refer to Australia Post website for estimated delivery times and order accordingly.

We use Australia Post Satchels with tracking where possible. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Large or bulky shipments may not be subject to our standard shipping charges. In these instances, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch of your order. We offer express post shipping, which can be selected at checkout. Please refer to the Australia Post for estimated delivery times.

If your order is returned to sender we will contact you and if you'd like to have it delivered again you will be requested to pay postage a second time. Returned to sender costs lay with the customer and will be charged accordingly. 

Shipping times during the Covid-19 lockdown have increased. We are working hard to get your orders out in the usual 1-2 business days, however, shipping times have increased significantly. Please be aware of this when you order.

 

Shipping Charges

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you through Australia Post.

Standard Shipping Costs $1-$149 = $10.00 $150+ = free postage Australia Post - Express $1-$49 = $18.00 $50-$99= $22.00 $100+ = $28.00

Balloon Delivery

Balloon Delivery refers to orders of inflated (with air or helium) booked in over the phone or email for delivery. It does not include online orders.

Balloon orders vary in shape and size, so please contact us for a delivery quote.

Balloons will be delivered inflated.

Refunds

Products that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 7 days. You must contact Blowout Balloons for details of how to receive a replacement or refund and you may be required to provide a photograph if your products are faulty for refund to be considered. We’ll do our best to sort things out for you asap! If we ask you to return an item to us, please choose an insured shipping option. Please package up your item securely and email us to gain the returns address, with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: Balloons are Balloons therefore in nature they are fragile. We use the highest quality latex balloon available, however please use great care when inflating. If you are concerned please order extra balloons for your event if you are concerned about popping. We do not offer refunds on balloons.

We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or custom products.

Changes and Cancellations

Once placed via the Blowout Balloons website orders are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it. Custom orders can not be changed, refunded or cancelled once payment is finalised. 

During sales we are not able to add or change orders once final.

 

Custom Orders

If you order a custom order from us you are agreeing to leave it to our discretion. We will do our utmost to meet your brief, however creative license is left with us. If you choose a custom order please feel free to send us photos or specific details which represent your colour and style choice. 

 

Deposits for Custom Orders

A deposit is required to secure your custom order. Please note that your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you need to cancel your event your deposit will be kept by Blowout Balloons. In the case of needing to postpone your event, Blowout Balloons require at least 14 days notice. If Blowout Balloons are notified within 14 days of the original event date, Blowout Balloons can move your deposit and event date (subject to availability). Please also note that if the balance is not paid 14 days before your event Blowout Balloons have the right to cancel your order.

 

Advertised Goods / Colour Representation

Blowout Balloons displays products in a variety of ways, however colours displayed on a computer screen vary and may not represent the exact colours.

Blowout Balloons make every effort to ensure that all of our products look as close to the photographic representations displayed on our website. As many of our products are handmade we consider subtle variations in colour and size to be normal and part of what makes our product unique. Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information provided on this website.
